This guy is a real a-hole, but he keeps shaking the charges, which leads the Unit to working with--or is it against--the Brooklyn ADA who really dug Stone's pickoff move. One look at which season this one comes from should tell you everything you need to know. Characters do things they'd never have done under a different guiding hand, details aren't well thought out, and nothing makes sense.
